Shipping & Delivery

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the pre-tax total amount of the order. Please allow up to 1 -2 business day to process and pack your order. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are based upon normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.  

$5.99 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders exceeding $10.00 in merchandise value shipping via Standard service to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO or PO Box destinations. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or less will be assessed a $4.00 shipping & handling surcharge.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Panrosa Premier. If for any reason you’re not, simply return or exchange your product! We also want you to be happy with the value we offer. If a purchase you made becomes eligible for a promotion, sale price or special offer within 14 days of your original purchase, we will make a one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price. STEP 1: Complete the return form on the bottom of your receipt. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.

STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.

STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense. Mail your package to:

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.



All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail.
